Service Protocols
Wardall Engineering is one of Britain's leading service and validation contractors of infection control equipment for the dental, podiatry, veterinary and tattoo sectors and a recognised authority on steam sterilization.
To ensure a high level of performance and availability is achieved throughout the life of your infection control equipment, it is important that each unit is maintained and tested regularly. Our planed preventive maintenance schedules and protocols are tailored to ensure that all vulnerable parts are inspected or replaced before performance or safety is compromised. Testing protocols follow very rigid standards laid down in UK and European regulations.
Service Engineers
Wardall Engineering service and validation engineers have received the highest quality training available in preventative maintenance, calibration and validation. To support this we aim to respond to call outs booked through our service department within 48hours during normal working hours.
Our service team has the proven ability to deliver service and validation excellence supported by superior customer service. Our engineers are qualified to HTM2010, HTM2030 and HTM0105 standards and work together with our customers to provide and promote best practice for infection control.
Service Contracts
Wardall Engineering offers a wide range of service contracts and testing schemes to meet all your requirements. Service contracts for two, three or four visits per year can be arranged and these are normally combined with a validation element. In addition to the variable number of visits per year. We can arrange three types of contract.

c. Fully Comprehensive. (All parts included)
Training and advice are always available to ensure that you meet your expectations in
cross-infection control.
